I am a patient at the White Plains location which is going through some changes so I came to the Yonkers location as I really like West Dental and didn't want to leave them. Everyone did an amazing job from the receptionist, hygienist and Dentist who took care of me. I was so happy with the level of care they provided and it's a relief that I now have both locations that I can visit. Thank you all!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. There honestly aren’t enough good things to say about Denise — she was beyond amazing: welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely made me feel comfortable the second I walked in. Velizia and Elizabeth at the front desk were incredible as well — so friendly, organized, and helpful, and they made the entire office feel warm and welcoming. The dentist was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, thorough, and made the whole process completely stress-free. The office itself was spotless, organized, and had such a positive atmosphere. You can truly tell this team cares about their patients and goes above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

My experience with Dr. Grunseich was amazing. With 44 years of experience, he explained everything so clearly and thoroughly in a way no other dentist ever has. He carefully examined my teeth and gums and provided me with an excellent treatment plan, including fillings and a deep cleaning. Today’s visit was wonderful, and even without a whitening treatment, my stained teeth already look much whiter. I truly felt cared for and confident in his expertise throughout the entire appointment. The dental hygienist was also very kind, helpful, and professional, which made the entire experience even better. Thanks to the entire staff from front end to backend. Before and after pics attached. As a person who is absolutely terrified of anything to do with dentists, West Dental was full of kind, welcoming, non-judgemental staff members who have helped to ease my anxiety. From the moment I needed to make an appointment to the moment I was walking to the chair. From the moment I needed to make a 2nd appointment to the moment I needed to make a payment.
